With my daughter as my pacer, we OFF to run from IKEA Dubai (Dubai Festival City, Umm Ramool)
towards Garhoud Bridge to Zabeel Park...where we will be having a speed training with FRU
Running Group.
We started to run at 6:30 pm.
When we reach Garhoud Bridge...we ran full stretch except when we stop
for selfie. Difficult to breathe on our entire run...maybe because of hot weather.
By the way, I ran with RUNmadan Running Shirt (red color).
2 Stops...Al Ramool Area & Oud Metha Area
We reached Zabeel Park around 7:45pm. DONE 9K!
