Trying to pull myself out of bed at 5am...but still managed to sleep until 6am.

Cold morning when I started to run on my running shorts & sweat shirt. Done 5K run.

Important activity this afternoon with
officemate visited Emirates Bank at Al Nahda 1.

After the task. I decided to walk towards my place. It took more than 50 mins walk, enough for Day 056 of Run365.

Raindrops this morning at 9:30am.
How & where I will run today?

9:30AM / 22 Feb 2015 / Sunapoor Area, Dubai, UAE

"Hindi nga umulan...nuknukan naman ng lamig...! haaay Dubai..!"

Though rain didn't fall today...cold night troubles me on my night run.
Anyways.., I finished 2k run at Muhaisnah 1 & 1k walk at Muhaisnah 4
for Day 053 of RUN365.

Since last night, I am thinking...
What if this SANDSTORM doesn't stop 2moro?
How can I run?

FYI ( Dubai Sandstorm is 24 Hrs. now...and still happening..)

8AM Today: View thru my window.
Dunes Hotel,Muhaisnah 4, Dubai, UAE

At 5pm. Drove from my house to Annies workplace, since sandstorm is less this afternoon...
I started my jog at Etihad Mall towards Mizhar area - 1 loop to complete my 4.50k sandstorm
run for day 052.

Planning to run 2moro at Mirdif Rea for Day 053.

Day 051 of RUN3652015

Woke up @ 4 am.

Destination:
The First Spartan Dubai 2015
Jebel Ali Race Course
AI Barsha, Dubai

Together with Kiko & Bea, Met our Team FRU @ spinneys Karama at 5:30AM.

Reach event venue at 6:30 am. Took some videoclips & snap shots for today's journal
& group postings.

Spectators fee: 20

Afternoon, walk with Annie at Oud Metha towards St. Marys Church for
Friday Mass to complete my day on 5K.

Day 050 of RUN3652015

Location: Muhaisnah 1
Distance: 5.75 Km.

During this run, I thought...what if...If I will run on kiko's ( my son) pace
6 min/km..what will happen to me.

So I started to walk & jog for 500 meters to do some photo snaps & video docs...
After the beep on my running watch (garmin 610)...I prepare myself to run on
kiko's pace...and I ran...but not 6min/km...instead around 8min/km for 1km.

I did this exercise for 2 kms and back to my regular running pace.

I finished half of my running route on 5.75 km distance.

Day 049 of RUN3652015

My plan is to run at 5:30 am..but then again, I ended up sleeping.

So, I plan to run at 4:00 pm...but then again, not happen.

So, I plan to run after Ash Wednesday mass...and then again I end up
on Walking Exercise with Annie to finish my Day 049 of RUN365.
