RUNNING...makes difference

Exactly 3 months when my friend
Varun taken my photo inside office (below inset).
And 2 days ago he used his new
camera and tested it to me as my latest

Yes...I lose 13.1 Kg because of
Running + diet.

1.   Diet - fruits & vegetables, more water,  no rice
2.   Running almost every other day.
