10K to 42K is this possible?

After my 10K run last Wednesday...John (FRU friend) told me that
it is perfect preparation for January Dubai 42K Marathon...

I'm just preparing for 10K marathon
this coming November 23, but since
I started 10K Training Plan last month,
shifting to 42K plan will carry over
my November marathon and to run 42K
on January (inshaala).


Tomorrow, I will start my 42K Training
Plan...I will run 7.5K on comfortable pace.

Objective:
November 23 - 10K Marathon
January 25 - 42K Marathon

as of today...my body weight is 67.50 kg.
from 82 kg last July  2012

Day 16 Week 3 of 10K Plan 9.25K RUN "BURJ AL ARAB"

9.25K RUN "BURJ AL ARAB"
06 October 2012

Last night I am schedule to run at sheik zayed road
but the road is congested so I changed my plan to run
on my other gym..."Jumeirah Beach Road".

Jumeirah running route is scheduled by next couple of weeks
'coz the distance of 1 loop is 10.2K(am not yet ready for that)
but I have no option but to run.

I ran & jog for 40 min.4.2K without stopping from jumeirah 3 to umm suqeim 3
(pedestrian crossing leading to burj al arab)stopped for 3 minutes
crossing - rest & take some photos.

Start to run again for few minutes, jog for a minute until my left
brain dictating me that I am exhausted. I run, jog & walk to stop & finished
my 9.25K training.

Conclusion:
Exhausted.Tired but no so long.
I regain my power after 5 minutes.
Happy...I almost finished 10K run.
Time: 1:30:00

RUNNING...makes difference

Exactly 3 months when my friend
Varun taken my photo inside office (below inset).
And 2 days ago he used his new
camera and tested it to me as my latest
portrait.

Yes...I lose 13.1 Kg because of
Running + diet.


How?
1.   Diet - fruits & vegetables, more water,  no rice
2.   Running almost every other day.

4.10K Run at Down Town Dubai
Burj Khalifa Area

Time: 36 minutes
Run Jog Run - no stopping!

Whenever I pass Down Town Dubai
in Burj Khalifa Area...I always
peep on my cars window...scanning
the area where can I run.

Last night... I ran Down Town Dubai,
but sad thing is without my camera.

I plan to run and concentrate on
my stamina...and to time my run
without stopping.

I started inside Dubai Mall grand
parking area...I started running at
5K pace...the weather is fine,
tourists walking with their camera
busy taking Burj Khalifa's photo.
I saw few runners...they are running
faster than me, walk bridge form metro
to dubai mall are still on going
(construction).

When I reach Dubai Mall area (approx 3K)
a flock of people from inside crossing
the road which cause of traffic jam.

I finished 4.10K run at 36 minutes,
without stopping....Huuuraaay!
